Your ring is unique

Your ring is made especially for you. That's why we don't take it back. If there are any defects on our part, we will of course try to exchange it.

Ring size doesn't fit?

In our store in Bern you can change the ring size free of charge. Unfortunately, you cannot send us the ring to be resized as this would incur high customs costs. However, if you are too far away from Bern, we recommend that you go to a goldsmith.

Wear and tear

You only breathe life into your ring by wearing it. If it looks a bit worn, that's because of the wear and tear.

Ring lost

If you're lucky, someone will find your ring and let us know. We'll then get in touch with you.
